Scheduling a Consultation

We’ll arrange a consultation to discuss your vision and any specific requirements. This can be done via phone, in person, or through email—whichever method works best for you. During this consultation, we’ll go over all the details, including location, outfits, and any special requests.

Booking the Shoot

 After finalizing the details during our consultation, we’ll schedule the date for your session. I’ll confirm all the arrangements and ensure everything is set for a successful shoot. You’ll then receive a booking confirmation and any additional information you need.

Where are you based, and do you travel for sessions?

I’m based in the Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio area. I do travel for sessions, and while I love exploring new locations and will go almost anywhere, travel fees will be applied. Compensation for travel is required for destinations outside my local area. Reach out to discuss the details if you have a location in mind!

How do I book a session?

To book a session, please visit the “Contact Me” page on my website or click the "Book" button above this Q&A. For booking inquiries, it’s best to use the contact form on my website rather than reaching out via Instagram. I will not respond unless you’ve already sent multiple emails with proof and need further assistance.

What is your availability like?

I'm free most Thursdays and Fridays. If you need a specific date, feel free to reach out with your preferred dates and I'll do my best to accommodate!

Do you require a deposit, and is it refundable?

Yes, I require a 50% deposit upfront to secure your session date. This deposit is nonrefundable if the session is canceled within two weeks of the scheduled shoot. The deposit ensures your spot is reserved and covers preparation costs. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payments through cash, PayPal, Cash App, and Venmo for my services. Please let me know your preferred method when booking your session.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

You can cancel your session and receive a 100% refund up until two weeks before the shoot. After that, the deposit is nonrefundable. If we need to reschedule, I'll do my best to find a new date. If we can’t reschedule within the next two weeks of the original shoot date, you will receive a 100% refund and still have the chance to schedule a new session.
